Orders for personalized products include a free expertly designed proof to ensure your complete satisfaction with your one of a kind design. If you are not happy with your proof and have not approved it, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Once your proof has been approved, your order can not be changed, cancelled or refunded. Extra fees including design template change fees, extra proof fees, font changes fees and custom design fees are non-refundable. Please read below for details on changes.
Orders for personalized products include a free proof and two complimentary rounds of proof edits should you need to correct or change your wording and color choices. We are also happy to tweak the size, centering and spacing of your wording at no extra charge. For all other changes, the following fees may apply:
- If you would like to change the design template on your original order to a different design template, you may do so for an extra $5 design template change fee. No fee will be charged if your first proof has not yet been created.
- While most customers are happy with their first proof and usually need only one to two rounds of proof edits to make it perfect, additional proofs may be provided for an extra fee of $5 per proof.
- Special requests beyond the options offered on our website, such as extra characters or lines of wording, font changes and graphic changes often requires redesign of the standard layout. These types of requests are considered extra work so may incur an additional custom design fee. To avoid disappointed or unwanted fees, please contact us with your special request before placing your order.
- If you need to change the quantity or shipping speed on your order, please let us know before approving. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee the order can be modified after you have approved your proof.
Personalized products are made to order just for you, and therefore, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We do not accept returns for approved proof errors regardless of the origin of error, so please be sure to review your proof carefully for any typos or errors before approving it. Due to differences in how computer monitors display color and the nature of digital printing, we cannot guarantee colors viewed on screen will perfectly match printed colors. For this reason, we do not accept returns based on color. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order. We'll do our best to work with you on a discounted reprint or new order.
Instant downloads are available for download immediately after purchase and cannot be changed, cancelled, returned or refunded.
Sample kits are final sale items and cannot be customized, changed, cancelled, returned or refunded.
Sweet Paper Shop takes great care in packaging every order. We are only human, and so on rare occasion, a mistake can happen. If a printing or packaging error is made by us, such as wrong proof printed, wrong item sent, wrong quantity or missing item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order. We'll be happy to remedy the error with a reprint, replacement, refund or credit depending on the nature of the error. If the contents of your package have been damaged in transit, you will also need to send us a photo of the damaged package and contents by email. We reserve the right to reject any claims of wrong item, missing item or damage that do not meet these conditions. If you contact us more than 14 days after delivery, all sales will be final.
