Cancellation & Change Policy
Cancelling Personalized Products
If you decide to cancel your order before we design your proof, we'll be happy to give you a full refund. If you decide to cancel your order after we've designed your proof, we will refund your order minus a $25 processing fee which goes toward the work we do in designing your proof. If your order includes a custom design fee, we will refund your order minus the custom design fee and a $25 processing fee. Once you submit your Proof Approval, your order cannot be changed or canceled. If we do not receive your proof approval within 30 days after delivery of the first proof, Sweet Paper Shop reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund less a $25 processing fee. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your order and have not yet designed your proof, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will issue you a full refund.
Design Change Fee
You may change color, wording and make minor layout changes on complimentary proofs at no additional charge. Minor layout changes include adjustments to sizing, centering and spacing of wording. Major layout changes like deleting or adding lines of wording, changing font type and changing graphics may incur an extra custom design fee. We charge a $25 design change fee should you decide to select a different design after we've created your proof. Please note we require payment for any extra fees before we can change or revise your proof.
We're confident you will be happy with our products. While Sweet Paper Shop has specific return policies detailed below, your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and we'll be happy to work with you on a solution.
returning personalized products
Personalized products are final sale items and cannot be returned or refunded. Since they are made to order and customized to your color and wording choices, we cannot resell them and therefore do not accept returns.
returning sample kits
Sample Kits are final sale items and cannot be returned or refunded. If your sample is lost in transit, please contact us immediately and we'll send one free replacement.
approved proof errors
Sweet Paper Shop cannot be held responsible for approved proof errors and does not accept returns for any errors, misspellings or typos noticed after you approve your proof. We offer free proofs so you can review layout, wording and spelling and notify us of any errors before your order goes to print. Once approved, your design will be printed exactly as shown on the proof. We'll do our best to notify you of possible errors. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to make sure every detail on the proof is correct before approving. If you notice an approved proof error, please contact us immediately. If we have not yet printed your wrappers, we'll be happy to work with you to fix the error before printing your wrappers. If you notice an approved proof error after printing has commenced or after you receive your order, we'll be happy to work with you on a discounted reprint.
color choices, color matching & reprints
Sweet Paper Shop does not accept returns based on color. We're happy to make color recommendations and do our best to alert you to color choices that may not print legibly. However, color selection is ultimately the responsibility of the customer. Since all computer monitors and personal devices display color differently, we cannot guarantee colors viewed on screen will match printed colors or colors in person. Proofs are provided so you can review layout, wording and spelling but are not intended to represent exact color, brightness and quality of final prints. As such, we cannot be held responsible for brightness or color difference in the finished product. Due to the nature of digital printing, regular printer calibrations and natural variation in paper stock, re-orders or reprints may show slight color variation from the original order. For this reason, we recommend ordering all items together whenever possible. If you are not happy with your color choices, we'll be happy to work with you on a discounted reprint.
We take great care in packaging every order before it ships. If an error is made by Sweet Paper Shop, such as inaccurate quantity, wrong item sent or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If you think your package is missing an item, please be sure to empty and check the entire contents of your package before discarding the box and packaging materials. We've had customers discard their items in the trash without realizing it! Depending on the nature of the error, you will be given the option of a reprint, replacement, full or partial refund, or credit towards a future purchase. We may ask you to send us a photo of the error and ask you to return the item in its original condition so we can inspect the item before issuing any reprints, replacements, refunds or credits. If you contact us more than 7 days after delivery, all sales will be final. We reserve the right to reject any returned orders or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
