Order in 3 Easy Steps!

Ordering personalized favor packaging from Sweet Paper Shop is a simple process outlined below in three easy steps. You can also find answers to your most common questions on this page. free proofs

Orders for personalized products include an expertly designed digital PDF proof emailed in two business days for your review after you place an order. You'll also receive two complimentary proof revision rounds for wording, color and minor layout changes if needed. Minor layout changes include adjustments to font size, centering and spacing of wording. Major layout changes like deleting or adding lines of wording, extra wording, changing font type and changing graphics may incur an extra custom design fee. If you need more than two proof revision rounds, additional proofs will be provided for a $10 fee per proof. If you decide to select a different design after you see the 1st proof, you may do so for a $25 fee. Please note we do not provide hardcopy proofs. To see a sampling of our products in person, click here to purchase a sample kit.

proof approval

Your complete satisfaction is important to us which is the reason we require your Proof Approval before we can print and ship your personalized product. We accept Proof Approvals via our Proof Approval Form or by e-mail message if your message clearly states your approval. If you do not clearly state your approval or the proof version you are approving, production of your order may be delayed until we can confirm with you. When you give us your proof approval, you are also agreeing to the terms on this website including our cancellation and return policy. Once approved, your order goes to the production queue and will be printed exactly as shown on your proof. Sweet Paper Shop does not accept returns for approved proof errors, so be sure to carefully review and confirm that every detail on your proof is correct before giving us your proof approval.

Turnaround & Shipping

Our products are designed and made to order just for you. After you order and approve your proof, your order will be placed in our production queue and fulfilled according to the turnaround times listed below. If your order is time sensitive or you are concerned you may not receive your order before your event date, we offer rush service for an extra charge. TURNAROUND TIME FOR U.S. ORDERS

  • Personalized Candy Bar Wrappers arrive in 8 business days with standard shipping after proof approval.  This turnaround time includes 5 business days for production and 3 business days for standard shipping. Saturday delivery is included.
  • Personalized Favor Boxes arrive in 14 business days with standard shipping after proof approval. This turnaround time includes 11 business days for production and 3 business days for standard shipping. Saturday delivery is included.

TURNAROUND TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Personalized Candy Bar Wrappers arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. This turnaround time includes 5 business days for production and 6-10 business days for international shipping.
  • Personalized Favor Boxes arrive in 3 1/2 to 4 weeks. This turnaround time includes 10 business days for production and 6-10 business days for international shipping.

colors & color matching

Due to differences in how computers display color, we cannot guarantee colors viewed on screen will match final print colors. Proofs are provided so you can review layout, wording and spelling but are not intended to represent exact color and quality of prints. We do our best to alert you to color choices we think will make wording difficult to read. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the customer to choose their colors. For these reasons, Sweet Paper Shop does not accept returns based on color and cannot be held responsible for brightness or color difference in the finished product. If you are concerned about color, we recommend ordering a sample kit which includes a printed color chart.

custom design

We know the design possibilities are endless. Some customers are perfectly happy with the personalization options on our site, while others want to further customize their design. Any special requests beyond the standard product options on our site would be considered custom design and may incur extra custom design fees. Don't fret! Custom design is our specialty and surprisingly affordable. We can also make custom sized wrappers, stationery, labels and more. Learn about our custom design services and request a free quote.

Quantity Discounts

To make ordering larger quantities more affordable, Sweet Paper Shop offers discount pricing by quantity. Quantity discount prices are automatically applied to the cart. If purchasing multiple items, quantity discount pricing will apply to each individual item in your cart and not to the total quantity. Any variation in product style, colorway or wording requires creating multiple proofs, extra design time and extra set-up time for printing, which is the reason our order minimum and quantity discount pricing applies to each item having one design, wording and colorway only.

coupons & promotions

On occasion, we offer limited time promotions and coupon codes. Promotions and coupon codes cannot be combined and cannot be applied to tax, shipping, rush charges, custom design fees or previously place orders. Personal and Commercial Use of Sweet Paper Shop Products

Sweet Paper Shop products are for personal use as packaging for favors, giveaways and gifts. Our favor packaging may also be used for business promotion, corporate giveaways, and product packaging as long as it is not resold on its own for any reason or represented as your product. If you would like something custom designed for your business product or promotional event, please contact us for a free quote.

copyright, watermark and logo

Proofs are the intellectual property of Sweet Paper Shop. We provide digital proofs for review purposes only. They are not intended for personal or commercial use and may not be used as a digital or printable product. To protect our designs, proofs are sent in low resolution and watermarked for copyright protection. This watermark will not appear on final prints. We do, however, print a small Sweet Paper Shop logo on personalized candy bar wrappers as shown on the proof. This logo will be hidden from view when correctly wrapped over your candy bar. If you do not want the logo printed on your wrappers, please let us know before you approve your proof.
