Shipping & Turnaround
We are fulfilling and shipping orders within our usual timeframes although actual delivery of your package may be delayed due to the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on shipping carrier transportation services, which is out of our control. Our standard shipping times below do not include possible delays so be sure to order well ahead of your event, or select Rush Shipping which is guaranteed.
Proof Processing
Proofs for personalized items take 2 business days to be emailed after an order has been placed. For example, orders placed on Monday will receive a proof the following Wednesday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will receive a proof the following Tuesday. Proof revision rounds will also take 2 business days to be emailed after we have receive your request for changes. To help ensure your proof is error free, we require your proof approval before we deliver your final product. Estimated delivery timeframes below do not include proof processing, so please allow extra time to receive, review and approve your proofs.
U.S. Shipping Options
U.S. shipping rates apply to all contiguous States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Estimated delivery timeframes begin the next business day after you give us your proof approval and include production and shipping. Business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm PST. Important Notes:
- Standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail. While fast and economical, USPS does not guarantee delivery dates for Priority Mail. Packages may arrive later on occasion.
- Rush shipping will be either USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day Air. Delivery dates for both services are guaranteed by the shipping carrier.
- Standard shipping rate is per product type. If an order contains more than one product type, the rates for each product type will be combined at checkout.
International Shipping Options
Sweet Paper Shop ships to Canada, Australia, France, and the United Kingdom via UPS. Estimated delivery timeframes begin the next business day after you give us your proof approval and include production and shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm PST. For all other countries or faster service, please contact us for assistance in placing your order.

Important Notes On Import Taxes and Duties:
- International shipping rates do not include import taxes or duties that may be imposed by the destination country.
- Customer is responsible for paying any applicable import fees before the package can be released. Please check your country’s current rules on purchasing merchandise from the United States.
- Sweet Paper Shop cannot be held responsible for delays or damages due to customs inspections or failure to pay any applicable import fees.
Digital Printables
Digital printables do not involve delivery of a physical product. They are flattened non-editable PDF files delivered via a link for download and printing by the customer. Non-personalized digital printables are available for immediate download after checkout. Personalized printables will be emailed in 2 business days after proof approval. Please note, proofs are low resolution files intended for review purposes only. Your proof approval must be provided to us before we can create and provide you with a high resolution digital file. Digital file links are set to expire as instructed with the link, so please be sure to download and save a copy of your printable file before the expiration date. While we do our best to keep digital copies of personalized orders for at least one year, we cannot guarantee we can archive a copy.
Sample Kits
Sample kits ship free within the United States by USPS First Class Mail and will take approximately 1 to 1 1/2 weeks for processing and delivery. Free shipping offer applies to one sample kit per order. Sample kit shipping to international destinations may take up to 3 weeks.
Split Orders
Larger orders may be split into multiple shipping packages. If your order contains more than one product type with different delivery timeframes, items in your order will be split into multiple shipments and delivered on different dates based on the turnaround times for each product type.
Tracking Confirmation
A confirmation e-mail with tracking information will be sent upon shipment of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to be available.
Returned Packages
Sweet Paper Shop will not issue refunds for orders returned to us by the carrier if you refuse delivery, if a delivery attempt has been made by the carrier with no success, or if you provided us with a wrong address. If the package is returned by the carrier to us, we'll be happy to re-ship the package, but the customer will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges.
Late Delivery, Missing Package, Service Disruptions, Address Errors, Damaged Items
We do our best to carefully package your order and will work with you to ensure smooth delivery of your package. We cannot, however, control the actual delivery of your order after your package leaves our hands and is accepted by the shipping carrier. After the shipping carrier accepts your package, the actual delivery of your package can be impacted by many events beyond Sweet Paper Shop’s control. For this reason, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries by the shipping carrier, lost or stolen packages, or service disruptions due to weather-related conditions and other natural disasters or events. Since we rely on the customer to provide us with a correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost or returned packages as a result of wrong address due to customer error. If your package is shown as delivered and you cannot locate it, we suggest you do the following:
- Check mailboxes for smaller packages.
- Check for a parcel locker key if your mailbox is in a cluster unit.
- Check areas outside of your house where packages may have been left by your courier, such as near the front door, sideyard and backyard.
- Look for a possible mail hold notice in your mailbox or attempted delivery notice left by the carrier near your front door.
- Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, front desk, mailroom and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery for you.
