Proof Turnaround Time
We provide one complimentary digital PDF proof and two complimentary proof revision rounds with every order of personalized wrappers and boxes. After you place your order, you will receive your proof by email in 2 business days. For example, place your order on a Monday and receive your proof by Wednesday. Orders placed on Friday will receive a proof by the following Tuesday. Orders placed during holiday closures will receive a proof two business days after the holiday. Each proof revision round requested will also take 2 business days to receive, so be sure to allow extra time for the proofing process. Once approved, your order goes to the production queue and will be printed exactly as shown on your proof. To help ensure your personalized design is free of errors and typos, we require you to review your proof and give us your final proof approval before we can print and ship your order. If you request a revision after you submit your proof approval, we can only accommodate your revision request if we have not yet started production on your order. You will also be required to review the revised proof and resubmit your Proof Approval, which may result in a shipping delay.
Standard shipping is a $6 flat rate via USPS Priority Mail in the United States and Puerto Rico. Turnaround times listed below begin the next business day after we receive your proof approval. Please note we will not print and ship your order until you approve your proof.
- Personalized Candy Bar Wrappers arrive in 8 business days with standard shipping after proof approval. This turnaround time includes 5 business days for production and 3 business days for standard shipping. Saturday delivery is included.
- Personalized Favor Boxes arrive in 14 business days with standard shipping after proof approval. This turnaround time includes 11 business days for production and 3 business days for standard shipping. Saturday delivery is included.
Transit times for standard shipping are not guaranteed. Although it is generally fast and reliable, packages may arrive later on occasion. For this reason, your order cannot be returned or refunded due to late shipment. If your order is time sensitive, Rush Order Service is available for an extra charge as described below.
Rush Order Service
Rush Order Service is available for an extra charge and may be placed directly on our website by selecting the Rush Service option at checkout. The rush charge will be calculated and may be viewed during the checkout process. Rush orders receive expedited production and guaranteed shipping by USPS Express Mail service. Please note we'll do our best to work with you to help ensure timely delivery of your Rush Order but cannot guarantee the turnaround times listed below until after we receive your proof approval. For this reason, please be sure to allow extra time for the proofing process.
- Personalized Candy Bar Wrappers arrive in 4-5 business days with Rush Service. This turnaround time includes 3 business days for rush production and guaranteed 1-2 business days for shipping. Saturday delivery is included.
- Personalized Favor Boxes arrive in 9-10 business days with Rush Service. This turnaround time includes 8 business days for rush production and guaranteed 1-2 business days for shipping. Saturday delivery is included.
At your request, we offer a money back guarantee for the rush service shipping charge if USPS delivers your package later than two business days. Please note this offer applies to the rush shipping charge only and does not apply to charges for the items in your order. This offer is void if late delivery is due to wrong address provided by the customer.
Sweet Paper Shop ships worldwide to most countries via USPS Priority Mail International service with final delivery by the postal service in your country of destination. International shipping cost varies by weight and destination and will be calculated during the check out process. If you find your country is not available as a shipping destination at check out, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with a shipping quote and assist you in placing your order. Turnaround times listed below begin the next business day after we receive your proof approval. Please note we will not print and ship your order until you approve your proof.

While international shipping via USPS Priority Mail International is generally reliable, packages may arrive later on occasion. IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Upon arrival in your country of destination, your international package must clear customs and may be held, open and inspected by customs officials in your country. After your international package clears customs, the postal service in your country of destination will be responsible for updating tracking information and for final delivery of the package to you. Please note Sweet Paper Shop has no control over customs inspections, customs delays or for delays by your local postal service. For this reason, we cannot be be held responsible for delays or damages due to customs inspections. Our international shipping prices do not include import taxes, fees or duties that may be applied to your order upon delivery in your country. Customs taxes, duties and other import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are concerned, please check your country’s rules on purchasing merchandise from the United States.
To keep shipping costs affordable for our customers, larger orders may be split into multiple shipping packages at our discretion. If your order contains products with different turnaround times, items in your order will be split into multiple shipments and have different delivery dates based on the turnaround times for each product type.
Sample kits ship free within the United States and arrive in approximately 1 to 1 1/2 weeks by USPS First Class Mail. Shipping transit time to most international destinations takes approximately 1 to 3 weeks. Sample kits ship free in the United States. Free domestic shipping offer applies to one sample kit per order only. International shipping cost for sample kits varies by destination and will calculated during the check out process. Please note transit times for USPS First Class Mail are not guaranteed. Tracking confirmation is not available for sample kit orders within the United States.
Production and shipping time for reorders is the same as described on this page depending on product type and selected method of shipment.
We are unable to process orders to APO/FPO addresses on our website. We can, however, ship to APO/FPO addresses and offer domestic shipping prices for orders that meet USPS special guidelines and custom form requirements. If you would like to place an order to an APO/FPO address, please contact us and we'll provide you with a shipping quote and assist you in placing your order.
A confirmation e-mail with tracking information will be sent upon shipment of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to be available.
We provide electronic invoices by e-mail after you place your order. If you would like a copy of your invoice, contact us and we'll be happy to resend it to you.
return package fee
Shipping carriers may charge a fee to return the package to the sender. Since we shipped the package on your behalf, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee if you refuse delivery, or if a delivery attempt has been made by the carrier with no success. If the package is returned by the carrier to us, we'll be happy to re-ship the package, but the customer will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges. Sweet Paper Shop will not issue refunds for orders returned to us by the carrier.
late delivery, missing package, damaged items, address errors, service disruptions
We carefully package every order and will do our best to work with you to ensure smooth delivery of your package. We cannot, however, control the actual delivery of your order after your package leaves our hands and is accepted by the shipping carrier. After the shipping carrier accepts your package, the actual delivery of your package can be impacted by many events beyond Sweet Paper Shop’s control. For this reason, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries by the shipping carrier, lost or stolen packages, or service disruptions due to weather-related conditions and other natural disasters or events. Since we rely on the customer to provide us with a correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost or returned packages as a result of wrong address due to customer error. If your order has shipped by USPS and is delayed, missing, or shown as delivered but cannot be located, the quickest way to have your questions answered regarding the status of your package would be to use USPS tracking, contact USPS directly, or contact your local post office. If your package is shown as delivered and you cannot locate it, we also suggest you do the following:
- Check mailboxes for smaller packages.
- Check for a parcel locker key if your mailbox is in a cluster unit.
- Check areas outside of your house where packages are usually left by your delivery person, such as the front door, sideyard and backyard.
- Look for a possible mail hold notice in your mailbox or attempted delivery notice left by the carrier near your front door.
- Check with household members, building managers, front desk, mailroom and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery for you.
